Certifications from the Scrum Alliance are the most relevant certifications on the market. Unlike other certification courses, we focus on understanding what is agile really about, not just a technical description of the frameworks. A-CSM: Advanced Certified ScrumMaster expands the competencies of ScrumMasters

I worked with a Scrum Team for a year, and have started to reach the limits of impact without proper facilitation skills and system understanding.

Great facilitators make sure all voices are heard, establish psychological safety, and create better meetings. In an agile environment, facilitation makes a real difference. It's a great deep dive for ScrumMasters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, managers, and leaders in Agile organizations.
