Agile and Scrum process audit is another way how to improve your processes. Independent observer with the experience from other companies and environments will advice you what to change, what to improve, and what on the other hand is working well.
Process auditing is always tailored to the given company. We usually start with 1 to 5 days workshop and consultations right in your place (depending on the size of the company), where we together with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team went through individual practices of agile process how are used in your place. Consequently we will prepare recommendations for further actions, changes and improvements, and may suggest the form of subsequent cooperation.
