The CSM – Certified ScrumMaster will take place on December 3-4, 2018 and the CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner will take place on December 6-7, 2018. Coaching, Development and Agile Coaching
Agile methods have very close relationship with coaching. If your company is agile, the development of employees is one of your main values. It is because agile methods give people responsibility. They let them make decisions and participate not only in processes how they are adjusted, but to change and improve them. Agile methods provide the space for people to improve themselves and to improve the processes which they follow. Development of personality is therefore one of the most important goals, because only when the individual employees are successful, the whole company can be also successful. That is the very contribution of coaching.
I'm providing regular coaching for Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and agile teams.
The coaching is becoming ever more frequent tool for managing and development of people, helps with solving problems, and strengthens the motivation of employees. The couching enables to see the problems in another light. It breaks down obstructions that hinder the way in which the potential of a human being is fully expressed. The aim of the coach is to improve the reality perception, to strengthen the faith in ourselves, to heighten the trust in self ability.
