Day 2
- The theory: Agile programming and XP practices. How to organize a team, how to be efficient, how to strengthen the quality of the result.
- Practical training of XP methods.
Day 3
- The theory: Agile methods and Scrum process. How to cooperate inside the team, how to plan, how to evaluate tasks.
- Practical training of Scrum process.
Day 4
- The theory: Agile methods and Scrum process - advanced. How to strengthen the cooperation, how to plan even better, reflexes and learning process, customer involving.
- Practical training of Scrum process.
