LEARNING OUTCOMES:
• To inspire the participants with the best practice procedures of agile methods implementation;
• To get sufficient knowledge about XP and Scrum processes for their successful implementation in the project;
• To enable the participants to try model situations;
• To discuss about the real cases and to propose the solution for the actual situation of the participants.

Program

Day 1

• Introduction of the company and processes, what is working and what isn't, the aims of why we want to change processes;
• Presentation of agile methods, agile manifest;
• Comparison with classical methods SW developing. Introduction of Scrum Process, XP, Kanban.

Day 2

• The theory: Agile programming and XP practices. How to organize a team, how to be efficient, how to strengthen the quality of the result.
• Practical training of XP methods.

Day 3

• The theory: Agile methods and Scrum process. How to cooperate inside the team, how to plan, how to evaluate tasks.
• Practical training of Scrum process.

Day 4

• The theory:  Agile methods and Scrum process  - advanced. How to strengthen the cooperation, how to plan even better, reflexes and learning process, customer involving.
• Practical training of Scrum process.

Den 5

• The theory:  Agile methods and Scrum process – negotiation and agile coaching. Psychology behing Agile methods.
• Practical training of Scrum process.
• Recapitulation of the whole course and setting the action plan for the participants.
