The CAL2 Certified Agile Leader program is a continuation and extension of the CAL1 Certified Agile Leader class and extend and deepen the discussed concepts.  

It's not any boring PowerPoint class, it's an interactive workshop focusing on sharing experience from agile organizations and with agile leadership. It's full of simulations, conversations, and experience sharing.

Certification

In order to get the Scrum Alliance certification - Certified Agile Leader CAL2 you need to:

• Attend the entire workshop facilitated by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and actively participate during the class
• After successfully completing the course, you will need to accept the License Agreement (Note that there is no test for the CAL certification)
