This course teaches participants to plan and facilitate crisis simulations. It covers the projection of operational, financial, reputational, and human impacts of potential crises and how to develop a resilience framework.

Prerequisites: Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Prior experience in leadership roles or Agile teams will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
