Become a Great Facilitator
Facilitation is a necessity in an agile environment. This skill is not only a must for ScrumMasters and Agile Coaches, but it is quite handy for Product Owners as well. We practice facilitation of Scrum events, refinement, and multi-team collaboration events at the organizational level.
The 2 days workshop is practical training on facilitation techniques. We use situations from an agile environment brought by participants and practice facilitation mindset, skills, and tools. You will work in self-organizing teams, supporting each other on your journey, and sharing experiences, and hints. You will leave with a handy toolbox applicable to a variety of real-life situations in an agile environment.
Most importantly, by receiving the ACS-CF certification, you will improve your implementation of Agile and Scrum in the workplace and keep your teams on the right track.

Certification
In order to get the Scrum Alliance certification - ACS-CF - Agile Coaching Skills - Certified Facilitator you need to:
- Attend the entire workshop facilitated by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and actively participate during the class
- After successfully completing the course, you will need to accept the License Agreement (Note that there is no test for the ACS-CF certification)
